How to read this checker
Fly free — your bag fits the airline's free under-seat / personal-item allowance, so it costs nothing on any fare.
Paid cabin bag — too big to fly free, but it fits the larger overhead-locker bag you pay for (or that's bundled into a priority / higher fare).
Must check in — bigger than both cabin allowances, so it has to go in the hold.
We check dimensions only. Bags also have weight limits — tap an airline in "Browse airlines" for its kg limits and exact rules.
Since 2025 most EU airlines guarantee a free under-seat bag of at least 40×30×15cm. Airlines can be stricter at the gate than online, so leave a little margin.
